Yang Zhen

Assistant Researcher

Yang Zhen is an Assistant Researcher at Micius Laboratory. His primary research focus on the epitaxial growth, structural modulation, and electro-thermal transport properties of semiconductor materials. His main research directions include: (1) Phase transition mechanisms of transition metal dichalcogenides under multi-field coupling; (2) Effects of interlayer interaction modulation on the electro-thermal transport properties of molybdenum disulfide; (3) Wide-bandgap gallium oxide (Ga2O3) semiconductor power devices. He has participated in national-level research projects such as the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Key Program). Yang Zhen has Published over 10 SCI-indexed papers.
