Young Talents
Open to domestic and international full-time PhD graduates or postdoctoral researchers (classified into Class I, II, and III), generally under the age of 35. Classification is based on your educational background, professional experience, and academic performance.
Exceptional Master’s graduates and highly talented bachelor’s degree holders with significant practical achievements may also be considered, with classification determined through case-by-case evaluation.
Compensation packages, relocation support, research start-up funding, and team size are determined through individual negotiation based on qualifications and contributions.
