Su Xi

Titles&Positions: Assistant research fellow

Su Xi, assistant researcher at the Micius Laboratory, focuses on wide-bandgap semiconductor materials and devices. His primary research focuses on: (1) development of natural-light chips; (2) zinc-oxide thin films and their device applications; and (3) gallium-oxide thin-film materials and related devices. He has participated in the National Key R&D Program, projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Hubei Province JD Key Project. He has published multiple SCI-indexed papers in journals such as Applied Surface Science, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, and Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology A.
