Chang Tan, Assistant Research Fellow at Micius Laboratory, whose research focuses on the physics of thermoelectric energy conversion materials and semiconductor photodetectors. My core research covers thermoelectric performance and electron-phonon transport regulation of Bi?Te?-based room-temperature and NbFeSb-based high-temperature materials, resonant-cavity-enhanced mid-infrared photodetection based on Bi?Te? photothermoelectric films, and high-temperature operable InGaAs single-photon avalanche photodetectors. I have chaired 1 provincial youth natural science fund project, participated in 1 provincial international sci-tech cooperation program and 2 NSFC general programs, and published 18 SCI-indexed papers (6 first-author papers) in top international journals including Cell Reports Physical Science, J. Mater. Chem. A and Small.
