You Zhou is an assistant researcher in Micius Laboratory. His research area focuses on narrow bandgap semiconductor optoelectronics including: (1)InP/InGaAs single photon avalanche photodiode(SPAD) design and fabrication; (2)large area avalanche photodiode(LAAPD) design and fabrication; (3)MEMS sensors and actuators design and fabrication
