Fan Xuyang

Fan Xuyang, an assistant researcher at the Micius Laboratory, mainly engages in the calculation and research of semiconductor lasers, etc. The main research directions include: (1) Research on high-performance gas sensors; (2) Research on low-power high-speed silicon-based /III-V hybrid Integrated Lasers for optical communication and data centers; (3) Research on single-mode stability and on-chip beam shaping of quantum cascade Lasers in the mid-infrared band; (4) AI-assisted laser life prediction and accelerated reliability evaluation method; As the first author, I have published 3 SCI papers and co-authored 4 high-level papers.
