Chen Yinghao is an assistant researcher at Micius Laboratory, mainly engaged in research and design of single photon chip readout circuits. His main research areas include: (1) SPAD and LiDAR auxiliary circuits; (2) High speed data transmission integrated circuits, including drivers, transimpedance amplifiers, equalizers, (de)multiplexer, clock data recovery circuits, etc.; (3) Mixed signal integrated circuits, including AD/DA converters; (4) Digital interface integrated circuits, including IIC, SPI, etc. He published 4 SCI papers as the first author, and collaborated on publishing over 10 papers and patents.
