Xinchuan Liu

Liu Xinchuan, assistant researcher at Micius Laboratory, is mainly engaged in the performance regulation of nano cold cathode electron sources and their application in X-ray tubes; semiconductor optoelectronic materials and device design; semiconductor optoelectronic chips and system integration research, etc. The main research directions include: (1) Controllable preparation of field emission materials by chemical vapor deposition, structural optimization, and exploration of the long life of emitted electrons; (2) Research on the damage mechanism of field emission electrons; (3) Research on the packaging, driving, and imaging applications of high-performance X-ray tubes; (4) Device structure design, process development, and performance optimization based on second-generation semiconductors; (5) Research on semiconductor optoelectronic chips and system integration; and (6) Semiconductor micro-nano processing technology development. He has participated in the Central JW Science and Technology Committee project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China general project, the Guangdong Provincial Key R&D Program project, and the Ministry of Science and Technology National Key R&D Program project. He has published more than 4 SCI papers in international journals as the first author and corresponding author, and co-published more than 10 high-level papers, applied for 4 invention patents, of which two were authorized.
