 Cheng Jian

Dr. Cheng Jian, Assistant Research Fellow at Micius Laboratory, specializes in semiconductor optoelectronic devices and thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) nonlinear integrated photonics. His research focuses on:

  1. Development of high-speed single-photon      detector chips

  2. TFLN microresonator-based optical frequency      combs

  3. Design of high-efficiency χ2 nonlinear      photonic devices using TFLN platforms

He has published three first/corresponding-author SCI papers and contributed to three additional high-impact publications.
