Zhang Heng

Zhang Heng, a research associate at the Micius laboratory, mainly focuses on the research of wide bandgap and ultra-wide bandgap oxide semiconductor materials and devices. His research fields include: (1) the growth of materials such as ZnO and Ga2O3; (2) power devices and optoelectronic devices based on oxide semiconductor materials; (3) surface plasmon enhanced light-matter interaction in nanostructures. He has published 9 SCI papers in journals such as Journal of Colloid and Interface Science and obtained 4 authorized invention patents.
