Yalun Ku

Research Associate

Yalun Ku is a research associate in the Mozi laboratory who currently focuses on wide-bandgap semiconductor devices, AlGaN/GaN HEMT integration, diamond thermal management, interface engineering, and electron microscopy techniques. She has published 7 papers as the first author in high-impact SCI journals, including two papers with impact factors close to 20. She has also applied for two national invention patents and participated in formulating one local standard.
