Fu Fuyu,Process Engineer,Engineering Equipment Department, Micius Laboratory 

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering,has years of experience in process and equipment management in the semiconductor display industry, and once worked in leading enterprises such as Shanghai Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd.  has served as NPI/NTI Engineer, PHOTO Process & Equipment Engineer and Production Team Leader, deeply participating in core work including new product introduction, yellow light area process control and equipment availability guarantee. He is skilled in solving difficult process problems, improving mass production yield and daily team management.Currently working at Mozi Laboratory, is responsible for platform process debugging, equipment verification, equipment development and project services. He participates in 1 scientific research and development project of Henan Academy of Sciences, and has achieved remarkable results in the fields of vacuum calibration, MOCVD equipment and two-dimensional material growth. He has published 1 invention patent and 3 utility model patents.
