Li Qi, a master of Engineering, is a process engineer in the Engineering Equipment Department of Micius Laboratory. She has worked as a dry etching process engineer/metal sputtering process engineer and is familiar with semiconductor dry etching process and equipment, metal sputtering process and equipment. She specializes in modern material analysis and testing technology. Master the process capability control methods for semiconductor research and manufacturing, possess process improvement and yield control capabilities, have received systematic training on QC quality management system, failure analysis system, FMEA failure mode, statistical process control (SPC) system, and obtained relevant certification qualifications. Having a comprehensive professional foundation in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, including research and development verification, production and manufacturing, testing and analysis, and quality control.
