Du Shida, Deputy Engineer, currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Engineering Equipment Department, mainly engaged in the operation and maintenance of Mozi Laboratory and process equipment, cooperating with R&D personnel to complete process equipment renovation and upgrading, safety management, and other work; I have been working in the field of compound semiconductors for over 18 years and have held positions such as Minister of Support and Director of Operations; Proficient in the maintenance and process debugging of MOCVD equipment such as Veeco, Aixtron, AMEC, TES, etc., self-developed MOCVD R&D machines for HT-AlN, modified multiple MOCVD equipment, and put them into mass production; Proficient in repairing and maintaining chip process equipment such as PVD, CVD, Eberam, ICP, and RIE; I have participated in the establishment of multiple semiconductor chip factories and have experience in building and operating management.
