High-Performance Liquid-Cooled Solid-State Disk
The High-Performance Memory Engineering Center has developed an M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen4 SSD for the Sugon 8000 supercomputing and intelligent computing system, specifically designed for immersion liquid cooling environment. The core specifications are as follows:
(A) The SSD delivers high performance, low latency, and low power consumption, with data stability and endurance meeting enterprise-grade requirements;
(B) Component selection and manufacturing processes are adapted for immersion liquid cooling environment;
(C) Core components are made by China domestic manufacturers. It utilizes domestically manufactured NAND flash chips from Yangtze Memory Technologies and DDR memory chips from Chang Xin Memory Technologies, and SSD Controller from China Company to avoid foreign components to ensure the stability and reliability of domestic high-performance computer systems. It strives to develop independently controllable technologies to ensure national security.
